Welcome Winter

We are going to be doing our solstice celebration a little late this year. While it seems like our rhythms in our home have slowed, time is still filled with too many things.
We are busy being naked and playing heated by wonderful fire.
We are busy becoming a diaper free family, poops in the potty everyday for the last 10, even while traveling! And dry pants on outings with success using the big potty (in his terms) normal toilet, in mine.
We are busy painting and making. Gifting this year has been incredibly fun with these two boys that are willing and able to participate more.
We are busy decorating. Paper snowflakes, fabric trees, tongue depressor stars and menorahs. Who knew that I could have this much inside centered fun with these two active boys. I am so thankful that they have learned to love new things as we head into winter.
Happy Solstice one and all.
