A couple weeks later, we have a post. I was fortunate enough to be given a couple of dual naptimes at the beginning of may to make some crowns for some special people. I have seen a lot around with wool felt and now understand how easy that would have been to use. I think I have ironed out the kinks though and plan on making a bunch more of these for little ones special days.
I was happy to be able to use cute prints and attempted covering the elastic on the first crown, this wasn't worth the hassel so the pattern has been modified. A strip of super thick interfacing and two layers of flannel inside did the trick to keep them up right and the second two i made were reversible.
Asher was a very willing model and still loves everything birthday party related.
