I have had a little opportunity to sew in the last week and came up with this cute dress, I wanted to try out some gathering of pleats and a little embelishment. I have had these fabrics forever, the blue is inside my wallet, alone I love it but it needed something to break it up a bit, and how happy was I to use up some of the gingham that is in my stash from estate sales! a great combo and I love the flowy skirt.
And a reversible dress, still awaiting buttons and a bow to be sewn on... but you get the idea.
